Transaction Statements Not Getting Updated

Why are account statements not getting updated? I cannot see any transactions for the month of February although I’ve done many transactions. This is really bad for a financial service product. Why so many bugs guys?

Hey @ryan! Currently, we are facing an issue at the bank end due to which the transactions are not getting updated. Our team has already escalated it to the bank and is following up on a regular basis. It may take a few more days to get this resolved. Regret the inconvenience.
