Transaction failed but account still debited,

@Deepak , hi I tried using my niyo sbm card online the transaction was declined but my account still got debited, pls find the details as under

Your account XX2107 is debited with INR 9627.84 on 10-01-2022. Info:171020/201029026231/00000000/E.

, pls reverse the same thanks

Niyo is an amazing platform but these glitches and that too which occur repeatedly should be ironed out…

Thanks received the refund just now but I would still suggest the tech team at niyo and sbm to iron out these issues as they keep on happening and it’s a hassle for students like me.
