Transaction details are incomplete. No clarity on the app or the statement.

I have this issue where the details of transactions are not seen completely. Say if i have transferred ₹1000 via UPI or received the same. it doesn’t show in detail to whom or which account it was transferred too… Just shows up as transferred via UPI. The same is the situation with the email Statement.

Pls help.
