Is 1st transaction from International Atm to withdraw cash is chargeable?

Yes, Niyo will chare 118/- for each ATM Financial transaction done abroad. This is over and above any charges chaged by the acquiring bank ATM on which Niyo has no control.

What. About gst charges for withdrawal , like earlier I was using SBI global card to withdraw money it charges much amount

it is 100 + gst which makes it 118. There souldn’t be any other charges. Also pro tip- always decline currency conversion.

Transactions are settled 2-3 days later so you may see some settlement amount 2-3 days later depending on the forex rates. it could be credit if the forex rates have gone down or debit if they’ve gone up

Are you using it currently? And in which country

Also what if atm charges any fee ?? How much is it ?? Any idea?

atm fees vary differently. For example in europe and GB, i’ve seen it range from 0-4EUR. I normally would avoid those atms in total and transact at any bank premises atms (they normally do not have any fees).
If you transact at atms that charge a fees, then it’ll be additional of 10000+ 118. example let’s say an atm charges 2EUR fee, so total amount you’ll pay is 10000+118+175 (approx 2 EUR as per todays rate) = 10293
