# The app isn't loading balance or card info

The app says there’s an issue and isn’t displaying balance or allowing to change card limits/ pay bill

Please resolve as soon as possible

If you’re using an **Android** device, please clear the app’s cache and storage from your phone settings, then uninstall and reinstall the app. For **iOS** users, please uninstall and reinstall the app and check if the issue persists.
