TCS amount not refunded back even after 12 Days!

Hello,

I didn’t receive the TCS refund for my transactions on 18th January IST, it’s more than 12 days, I have generated multiple complaint tickets on this issue but nothing has been resolved. You guys don’t even respond on your WhatsApp handle.

My annual foreign spending is way way less than 7 lakhs.

Please refund my TCS amount back, I cannot wait any further.
