Stuck on "Processing your wealth account" from a week

I applied for a Niyo Global savings account through the Niyo Global app. My sister also applied at the same time as me, and she got her account opened within minutes. However, it has been almost a week, and my account is still being processed with the message “Processing your wealth account.” I have to leave India in 10 days, and I do not have a forex card yet. Please help me regarding this. I am attaching the screenshot as well.
