Stuck at wealth account processing!

I completed all the steps, and then its showing processing wealth account creation. How much tume its gonna take, i need the card urgent. Kindly look into it.

Your account creation is pending. A few of our users are facing this issue and our team is working to have that fixed. Unfortunately, it’s taking an unusual time and we sincerely apologise for it. We kindly request you to allow us some more time for it. You will be able to order the debit card once the account has been created.

Its been already 5 days, since I’ve completed the process, still the account hasn’t opened yet.How much longer it’s gonna take. Your ad shows its a 5 min process, why is it like that?. I want the card in urgent, plz do something.

Even I’m facing the same kind of issue since July 8th. From the “live chat” feature, I’m getting a reply after 2 days literally. It is said in the live chat that my CKYC is completed. This is really bad! Hope you fix these issues ASAP!!!

Same here. My account process is tuck since 14th July and I’m flying in 6 days now. The live chat feature told me to wait 2-3 days but no progress at all. Really disappointed with this entire service.

I filled up all my details on 14 July 2022 for Niyo Global Card by SBM Bank. I need this card for my travel abroad for higher studies and I’m leaving on 3rd August. Even after numerous live chat requests, my account process is so slow. The bank is yet to verify my documents. It’s surpassed half of the month, my account isn’t even created nor will my card be delivered on time. Barely, 6 days are remaining for me to fly off. I’m really disappointed by your services.

I don’t think so my account will open, no bank takes this much of time.
