Since one month account showing wait for 5-7 business days

I have register for niyo forex card on 2june and since then it has been 1 month its still showing in processing.
I tried reaching out to support and they asked to wait for month end.

Even after waiting for a month, I am still facing the same issue. Could you please let me know if this is going to be resolved or should i go for other forex card. I have to travel in mid july and need update on this ASAP.
