"SERVER DOWN" error thrown post validating Aadhar through OTP

I’ve tried to Create SBM savings account post PAN validation on Niyo SBM app. However, I’m getting SERVER DOWN error post-Aadhar OTP validation. Kindly help to resolve. Below are the steps I followed and a screenshot of the error

  1. Pan verification done
  2. logged in using phone number OTP
  3. opted for creating SBM savings account
  4. entered aadhar number
  5. created share code to give access to Niyo to my aadhar number
  6. verified OTP send by Aaadhar
  7. got an error “Server down”

Would suggest you to try again after sometime. Please note as its a beta version of the product there are chances you might face some snag but rest assure, we are here to help you :slight_smile:

I’ve kept trying this on the IOS Platform (iPhone X) and on the android platform (Nokia 7+) as well since last friday. I’m facing the same issue.
