Resetting Onboarding Proces

Hello, I am Nandagiri Ansh and I am a student, during the KYC process I gave my father’s details such as income, net worth and remittance details because as I am a student and I don’t have any income and there was no option to choose the income as zero.

Please help me reset my onboarding process as soon as possible as I am traveling abroad next week, I even approached the customer service and there isn’t a single reply.
