Remove email ID and include a new email ID

Hi! When account creation was done, I had associated it with an email ID that is no longer used. Practically defunct. I don’t want to go back to that.
How do I change to my new email ID which is reserved only for my banking needs?

Hi, so you can now change your registered email address online by visiting the Equitas bank internet banking portal.

All you need to do is log in to Equitas net banking page register yourself as a new user and follow the below-given steps. This is only available for customers who have received the VISA Platinum debit card and activated the same.

  1. Log in to Equitas internet banking
  2. On the home page, click on ‘Service Request’ and then choose ‘DIY Services’
  3. Click on ‘Update Email ID’
  4. Select ‘Update email ID with Debit Card Authentication’
  5. Enter your new email ID
  6. Enter the OTP sent to your new email ID
  7. Enter your debit card details
