Regarding the account creation

It has been 10 days since I registered for niyo global but the account is not created yet and giving me the following error. When I login in it asks to complete on board, but when I click on it, it shows a screen saying “your account is being created” and then shows another screen saying “Account creation is pending”. I have mailed the team regarding the same but I haven’t received any positive response yet.
