Received A Msg Of UPI Registration which is not Initiated by me.

I received a msg of UPI registration of my Niyox Bank Account but that was not done by me, i also contact on Coustomer Support through Chat but didn’t receive any solution. So is there way to remove my bank account from all UPI registration and Online Wallets. If not then please provide me any other solution for this problem.
