Hi, my account recently got disabled as it wasn’t full KYC, what is the procedure I need to follow to complete V-KYC now, as it can’t be done from the app.
Hello @Ram_Bali! Please be informed that your NiyoX account has been closed by the bank because you have not completed your KYC within one year of account opening. Please be informed that any amount greater than Rs.50 will be sent to your communication address in 15 working days via Demand Draft and any amount less than that can be retrieved by contacting the bank. -WB
