Thank you so much for your precious time on the call. As you confirmed, the account is debit-frozen due to a Cybercrime notice. You must visit the nearest Cybercrime branch (preferably with some valid Govt ID proof like Aadhar) with the above-mentioned acknowledgment #.
The authorities will provide you with the instructions which you must follow to get your account to unfreeze.
