I have question regarding the global niyo sbm card. Can i use this card in paypal for international transaction or it’s not enable by global niyo team?

If you’re registering your paypal in india, then yes (but paypal is very limited in india tbh) but if you register it outside india (like UK or USA), then no because it asks for a card billing address in that particular country and since your card is issued in india, you won’t have that
I registered in india with sbm card so may be it works in UK Right?
Not really, most of the times it would give you an error and you’ll need a uk account with a uk card
