Passport file no not accepting, last attempt

Hi team,

I have an Indian passport which hasn’t been renewed abroad. I’m entering the correct file no but it is not accepting,seems some kind of a system issue. I’m at my last attempt so it is imperative that it’s fixed from the back end.

Kindly help to resolve this ASAP
