OTP Prompt to change pin doesn't work


When trying to setup login by pin in niyo money app, the otp prompt page appear like this. I’m receiving otp in email without any issues but after putting the otp and clicking change pin nothing happens and after awhile it asks to check connectivity. Connectivity is not issue because I’m receiving otp in mail smoothly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app but it didn’t work. Please look into this
