Hi… this “OTP to registered mobile only” is defeating the very purpose of getting forex card. This card’s USP is to use it abroad. Now without OTP while traveling, its really becoming a big issue. I saw in many posts that team is working on it. But still there is no update. I urge that team should do something about upgrading features to either change mob no or to get it in email.
Hi @Archana_Kandasamy : We are working on sending txn OTP to email. These OTPs are sent by the bank and we are working closely with them to get this up and running asap. This has been our high priority feature!
For OTPs required to make changes to card setting we have decided to replace a lot of them with app passcode and that should be done in the coming weeks.
