I’ll be travelling to Maldives and departing from India on 1st October 2025.

I have applied for a Niyo Global Card online today and I received an email stating I’ll be assigned a relationship manager.

Considering I have very little time left for departure (less than 7 working days), is there anyway I can get an ETA for getting my Forex Card delivered?

NOTE: This is my first International travel. Hence, I’m a newbie to Forex

My issue is that I write my passport file no same but it fail everytime and my limit exceeded so I am unable to open account
And when I signup like some mother ago I used my fathers name but my father give me this same so please also change the name my name is aryan
And kindly help me with open or apply a niyo card

We tried reaching you over a call but were unable to connect. After checking with the concerned team, we’d like to inform you that the passport issue should be resolved within 24 hours of encountering the “limit exceeded” error. We request you to retry after 24 hours.

If the issue still persists, please revert to us on ticket ID 272949. Regarding the name change, we request you to initiate the onboarding process again using the correct user documents. If the mobile number continues to appear as linked to another name, kindly share a screenshot with us and we’ll get this resolved for you on priority.
