I was astonished to find that the mail for “e-mail OTP” arrived in such a shape. Looks like something is broken. Hope this helps to locate the bug and quash it!!
Ctrl + F came in handy to find the OTP in time! 
Another suggestion -
It would be really helpful if you can cross fetch KYC and Credit Score for Niyo Money as it was only a few days back that I did CKYC and pulled my CRIF Report for NiyoX.
