Not be able to do transaction on microsoft store for purchasing softwares😥

I am not be able to use niyox platinum card on microsoft store. I want to purchase a software from microsoft but i am not be able to pay. I am getting the error, “We couldn’t get authorization for this purchase. Pick another way to pay, or contact your payment provider.” Why am i getting this error. I also enabled international transaction but not happened anything, i got the same error.

Hey @Shubhankar_Mehta ! Kindly enable international transactions card lock in NiyoX under debit card section. Post that, you may reach out to Equitas Customer Care at 18001031222 on working days between 9 AM to 6 PM or send a mail to customerservice@equitasbank.com mentioning to enable international transactions for your debit card. Once these steps are followed, you should be able to perform international transactions.
