got a notification to change password after doing it still shows same thing deleted the app and downloaded again and now tells server is down

Its a security step wherein we suggest our users to change the password every 3 months.
Kindly try after sometime and you will be able to change the password through forgot password option.

I am unable to access the app at the moment and the experience has been erratic off late. I have had to use the idfc app, when I always prefer using the Niyo app. Request the relevant teams to kindly fix this for good so we can continue using the Lovely app without glitches (and there are a few currently)
