Not able to create Niyo SBM account

This is Udheep Venkata Ghanta writing this mail to activate my Niyo SBM account. I installed the app and gave all the credentials for creation of the account but the account is not being created. I gave all my details requested and it says Data not found in our database. My PAN card is linked to my accounts so I look forward to the creation of the account. All the details were given but not able to activate my account. Pla\ease look into the issue and allow me to create my account.
