I followed your FAQ guide to log in to Equitas portal and tried to cancel my account (By selecting Video services → Close account). But it keeps throwing the following error (Pic attached) - “Sorry, unable to process request for your A/C Type”

Did that already - received a mail today saying they are checking with Equitas bank.
Havent got to using the card. Also your zero forex markup card is different from the one I bought.
