No Refund on Failed Debit Card Transaction


Done a POS purchase on 19th of March and transaction got failed and amount deducted from the account. Until now no refund is provided.

As usual, IDFC Customer Care is telling to contact Niyo customer support number for the refund.

It takes 7 to 10 days to return the money. Only business working days.

That’s strange! For other banks I used to get within 3 days. Let’s see. Today is 7th working day.
