niyoX kyc not updating and account freeze

Hello sir, I am niyoX equitas bank account holder, I opened account on 12/06/2021.
I tried to do video kyc on 4/06/2022, but agent told me that kyc is not available in my account in this mode. Then I scheduled agent visit for offline kyc for 5/06/2022,
Agent came on 6/06/2022 and completed the full kyc process by taking my biometrics. But in my app still showing kyc in process and I am unable to use my bank account. Agent on live chat in niyoX app told me that your full kyc is completed but product upgrade is failed, so I am contacting you at equitas bank. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
