Niyo's Customer Service Feedback Survey - Please respond!

Hi All,

Can we take a quick survey here…how would you rate Niyo’s customer service based on your experience on a scale of 1-10?

I will start, I give them 4 out of 10. Based on my experience of them just sending automated/standard replies and not actually understanding/solving any issue.

I would give them an abysmal 2.

Look at my post history. My debit card hasn’t worked for 60 days. Nobody on the niyo team is ready to even acknowledge my problem. What a pathetic disgrace to the reputation of IDFC FIRST bank.
