I have been trying to create an account on the Niyo SBM app and initially it said that I didn’t have a CKYC record. I got my CKYC done and received a 14 digit Central KYC number but still the app says that it is unable to find my records. Please help me ASAP as I’m a student and will be heading to Europe by the end of the month. I hope to get my Niyo card issued before then.
