Niyo SBM card - not able to avail due to some CKYC data base

Hi I am not able to create my Niyo Global by SBM through the recommended app.
for NiyoX my KYC is already done. However for Global card, it shows “we are sorry” etc and some issue related to CKYC.
Niyo DCB global onboarding is on hold. I need a niyo global card in another 15-20 days as i am travelling outside india. The customer care doesnt seem to know these answers and no one has shown any consideration in explaining or resolving these issues. Hoping to get some clarity here.
