Hello, I am just frustrated with your lies about service. Here in russia this card does not work on a single atm and as indian sim is not receiving any otp and this card is not working in swiping machines. I cannot do forcible operations. I’m in terrible situation in abroad nearly without

Hey @Sahil78697 ! We’re really sorry that you had to face this issue.
Let me guide you with the troubleshooting steps here:
- Open your Niyo SBM app and headover to card settings.
- Swipe right to lock the card, further, left to unlock the card.
- Go to ‘Other Locks’.
- Lock all the five card locks seperately and unlock them seperately.
Note : Make sure that all the card locks are in ‘green’ colour.
Post this, you should be able to make any transaction using your physical card seamlessly!

Still ,I’m waiting for your card to be of any use . Main problem for lock unlocking card is the otp which I cannot receive on indian number in abroad. When are you gonna solve that main problem.
