Niyo Kyc Stuck. Agent Never Visited

I created my account about 3 months ago.
Thereafter I scheduled an appointment for kyc.
But agent didn’t come except for one time when he arrived with a faulty biometric device.
Ever since my account creation I have been rescheduling the appointments everyday only to learn that I have exhausted all my attempts permitted on the app without having my kyc done.
So It doesn’t accepts rescheduling anymore.
Even after that my kyc is still incomplete.
Some officials from NiyoX did contact me but they too were of no help.
Now I am stuck because I can’t do RESCHEDULING on my own, instead I need call your customer care everytime and yet they too failed me.
I request you to look into this matter and help me getting my kyc done.
