Niyo IDFC FIRST Bank account opening issue

Hello,

Why can’t I open a Niyo account? I registered for this account in March/April, I live in Gurgaon, still I’m getting an error, refer to the screenshot. This is not fare, also from 1st September account minimum maintenance policy will be changed. Not getting any proper reply from customer service. Pls help.

Please be informed that I know the person who already holds an existing IDFC FIRST BANK account has opened a Niyo IDFC Account last week and received the card too. Refer to the attached details and kindly don’t involve or promote such malpractice. Also the customer service team are pathetic, raised an issue through whatsapp a week ago and still no response.
