Niyo global Upi activation is showing error

Hi Niyo global team,

I am unable to link Niyo global to Upi and created a ticket on 4May which is not resolved yet. What is the turn around time for ticket resolution.

We regret the hassle. Could you please confirm when was the last time that you tried to create the UPI ID? We’d like to know the date & time for reference. Also, if you could share a screenshot, it’d really help us. Thank you! LK
