Niyo Global SBM stuck at PAN trails

I mistakenly entered PAN details incorrect 3 times and now it is showing that I need to contact customer care , but they are not replying and application cannot go after this step. Please help me.

I totally feel you mate. I have been struggling too with my account but that’s something anticipated with a beta app.
Hope they’re able to do something when the app is out of beta

Does it work now? Cause when I entered it showed invalid ene thought it was valid so i tried 3 times and you guessed it
