Niyo global sbm card not working at pos/atm transactions

Dear community members,
Any one available to answer my quires.
From the day I received Niyo global sbm debit card, it is not working in ATM /POS transactions except ECOM.
Any one facing the same problem, because after so many complaints niyo team just bypass the issue with bankers, and not giving frame dates. The core purpose of using debit card is failed. I am planning to return /block my debit card and looking for another forex card options. Guys please advise anyone facing such problems.

First unblock the atm transaction and pos transaction form the niyo application

My ATM withdrawals in India are working and online international payments as well. Please your locks, atm pin etc.

Niyo SBM card not working at abroad and not even receiving OTP on mobile. Please solve the issue ASAP.

Thanks a lot for superfast customer support and solving the issue of OTP. Now able to make online payment and receiving OTP via email as well as on my mobile number. :slight_smile:
