# Niyo Global Equitas card does not work on Paypal

Hello everyone!
I am currently in the UK and it pains me to see that the Niyo Global Card by Equitas Bank does not work with Paypal. I am even unable to purchase items even from Ebay.
Can someone help me regarding this? I repeatedly get the error on those payment portals where it asks me to Enable my international transactions but that is enabled since Day 1.

I understand how challenging it can be when the Niyo Global Card isnāt working for international transactions. Since you mentioned that international transactions are enabled, **the next step is to ensure that the mandatory travel declaration form has been completed**.
For Equitas users, filling out this form is a crucial step before traveling abroad. To do this, **simply log in to your Niyo app, go to the Hub section, and select the āTravel Declarationā option under the Travel section**.

Hi @Nith_In ! I hope you are doing well. I have received an email from Equitas stating that the travel declaration form has been processed. Unfortunately, I am still unable to add the card to Paypal. Kindly let me know in case you need any additional details from my end.

Unfortunately, the Niyo Equitas card cannot be used with PayPal, as this functionality has been restricted by the bank.
