Niyo Global Card Not Dispatched

I ordered the card on 21st January. Writing this post on 25th January and the card has still not been dispatched. It was supposed to be dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order.
Why the delay?

The in app chat feature is useless and they keep repeating the same lines - it will be dispatched soon.
