Niyo Global balance suddenly 0. Please help! Ticket number #1190937

My last transaction was on Feb 21 and my balance after that should have been Rs. 12799.15
But I tried using my card yesterday and it got declined. Then I checked the balance on the app and it shows 0.
Please help!
