Niyo global account Creation documents problem

Unable to proceed even after submitting all valid documents, my name is same at all documents.
( Note : my pan is not linked with my aadhar card)

Hence we request you to kindly get in touch with your personal banking to and check what is the exact name mentioned over there also in their bank servers.
