I have a savings account which was opened recently, but have not received my debit card yet. I have been told after multiple queries with customer care that delivery was delayed due to restrictions in my area and that the card would be delivered once restrictions have been eased. Restrictions in my area were eased in July 6th (2 weeks ago).I can’t understand the reason why card delivery is being delayed after more than 2 weeks of courier service having resumed in my area even though other banks are delivering through Blue Dart without any problems. Customer care keeps putting the blame on Blue Dart while they take no action to resolve the delay by dispatching the card immediately.
