Niyo DCB - Unable to reset password


I 'm using this Niyo DCB card since 2017. However now, as services got discontinued, I’m unable to reset my password in Niyo Bharat app nor use my card.

Please help.

It looks like your mobile number is not verified yet. We kindly request you to give a missed call to 7208053710 from your registered mobile number.

Please follow the below steps to change your NiYO GLOBAL APP PIN.

(1) Open your NIYO Global app
(2) Click on ‘FORGOT PASSWORD?’
(3) Enter Your Date of Birth
(4) Enter the last 4 digits of your NiYO card
(5) Enter the New 4 digit Password and Retype New Password
(6) Click on Reset Password
(7) Enter the OTP that you had received

Thanks for the reply. I have authenticated my mobile number now. However in Android play store, Niyo Global App for SBM bank for account creation - which asks for other details - Passport, Aadhaar etc. Could you please call back and let me know?
