Hello @AKD! The answer to both of your questions is “YES”.
In Niyo DCB Global the 5% TCS tax charge is incurred along with the transaction amount instantly and it will get refunded to the customer’s account after 12 Business days if they are not exceeding the 7 lakhs international transaction limit.
In Niyo SBM global, the 5% TCS tax is applicable only when your international transactions exceed ₹7 lakh in a given financial year. -WB
