have ordered my Global niyo card and it is being a week and the card order status is still stuck in ‘ordered’ status. Could you please help me with this on priority basis? I have travel plans on 1st August and I am afraid looking at the current status.

We see that you ordered your card on 21-Jul-2022 at 06:59 PM. The bank may take up to 2 business days to process the request. As the 23rd and 24th of July are non-business days, the request might not have been processed. We’d request you to please wait for a day more and your card should get dispatched. You should be able to view the expected delivery timeline in your app and we hope it will be delivered accordingly we cannot expedite this process.
I am still waiting for the niyo card. I received an email from Niyo that the card has been dispatched. I checked the status but card out of delivery in Mumbai. My address is Punjab. I’m flying on 2nd August I’m worry what this happening

Same here I have ordered niyo global card on 21st july there has been no updates since then i got a mail saying its been dispatched through bluedart But while tracking it shows that my card is delivered at Mumbai but my address punjab.

This has been the same case with me . I also orderd on 21st july and the same got delivered to Mumbai whereas i am in kerala .why does this happen .non proper customer service is given .very disappointing.
Same issue with me also, card ordered on July 21st and received a mail from Niyo on 26th saying my card is dispatched through bluedart for faster delivery with waybill no 30743582704 after checking the same came to know that it was not mine as it was delivered for someone in Mumbai and my address is in Kerala, What exactly is going on here? 9 days since i have ordered the card the live chat representative says that the card is still being printed.
I have removed money and blocked the card .there is no point on expecting it , such a disappointing service
Same here I m flying on 2nd August I don’t think I can get my card till that. Such a disappoint service

Delivery day5th August. Still not shipped yet today 7august how to cancel my card I don’t want that type of service.very disappointed

Niyo global card still in ordered status.
I have ordered niyo global card on july 22. And by bluedart it has been sent to mumbai. But im from kerala. I have contacted customer service of niyo global through live chat and email. I have raised many tickets. Till now i didnt get a proper response about the status of my card… i need yo travel by aug 20. Im very disappointed by the service of niyo global
