Can somebody help me with my Niyo card which is inactive at this point as I need to travel for an international trip next week and want to use it.

As your Niyo DCB account is inactive for more than a year, it has been suspended. To reactivate it, we’d request you share your passport copy with us at global@goniyo.com from your registered email requesting to activate your account.
