Recently I was trying to login Niyo global app and it says customer not active. I tried to reach out to Niyo cc, they asked to contact DCB, then I reached out to DCB and they asked me to contact Niyo. I really don’t know who is going to help? They told me I have current account already so I can’t have Niyo account, I sent a declaration form that I don’t have any current account so please reactivate my Niyo account. It’s been a month I have been chasing Niyo and DCB but no luck so far. Can someone please guide what to do?
PS - I have slice card, not sure that’s a current account or what.
