Niiyo SBM card not working and no response since 1 month.

I have created niyo account in september and the niyo global sbm card which was delivered is not working since then. I have raised many tickets. On October I got a mail stating my new card will be issued within 20-25 days. Since then no response from niyo. Its been more than a month and I am still waiting for the niyo card. My international travel dates are getting nearer and niyo is ruining all the things. Please escalate this issue and make the things faster
