New account creation stuck at Quick Face Checks

Hi There!
I have downloaded the Niyo Global by SBM App and trying create my account verified all the steps of KYC like PAN, Aadhar and passport but it is stuck at Quick Face Checks screen and nothing is proceeding further after taking the face photo.
Too much annoying . Is it bug with the app ?
What should I do to create the account with no issues.

I had this issue, and raised a support ticket. They have fixed it and was able to create an account. Please reinstall the app and try again. Should work for you too.
