As per the new SOC which is not shared with customers until a customer do a RTGS, gets charged for it and then asks for this, https://equitasbank.com/sites/default/files/2022-12/Niyo-SOC-December-2022.pdf RTGS, NEFT and IMPS are chargeable. These are being provided free by all banks via app and internet banking. So, why the charges now?
